COVID-19 Protocols
- Increased deep cleaning & sanitizing protocols of treatment areas and common areas in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines
- Thorough disinfection of equipment before and after each client
- PPE for staff and strict handwashing and safety protocols at all times
- Mandatory wearing of masks inside the premises
- Pre-screening questionnaire
- Reduced booking volume to allow for physical distancing as well as disinfecting protocols before and after each client

COVID-19 Symptoms
Sore throat, fever, cough (new or progressive), shortness of breath, difficulty swallowing, decrease or loss of sense of taste or smell, chills, headache, unexplained fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, conjunctivitis (pink eye) and runny nose or nasal congestion (without known causes).
